I am proud for always looking at the bigger picture and listening to my instincts. This has helped me a lot in both my professional and personal life.
I have moved to UK during my second year of university and have met wonderful people who thought me how to be resilient and pursue career goals abroad.
I’m always grateful for the network of friends I have built and the chances I took to better my career prospects.
What professional failure have you experienced that has made you a more resilient person as a result?
I wouldn’t call it a failure, more like a misfit.
I found myself in a role that didn’t fit my principles and didn’t align with my goals.
I didn’t find growth in the role and was bold enough to recognize this and not renew the contract, so I looked for alternative options.
What is your go-to resource to help you with creative thinking and problem solving in work? – a website, tool; app or framework – whatever!
My grandmother. She’s a beam of optimism and questioning, which helps me find more suitable alternatives.
Also, colleagues at work.
