In each session, we’ll tackle a topic related to creative thinking with two of our amazing B!G Idea mentors sharing their experiences.
These snack-sized live events are free to attend and open to anyone who is interested in hearing about different approaches to problem solving.
Take some time out from the daily grind to hear from a wide range of industry professionals from across Ireland and beyond about how they are using creative thinking to solve problems.
Our first speakers are (drumroll please…) Owen Derby, Principal UX Designer at Workday and Amy McKeogh, CEO, Architect and Creative Director of Fior Studios.
In the first of these sessions, the mentors will tell us in just 8 minutes and 8 slides how they have used ideation – the formation of concepts and ideas – in their roles to solve a problem. Each session will focus on a different unique creative skill and how we can ALL use these vital creative skills in our roles.
Life is busy so we are keeping to our usual format of short and sweet.
Lifelong learning is something we really value at The B!G Idea and we’re keen to share some of these tips and tricks to build on our student’s wealth of resources supporting them as they progress through the creative process tackling some B!G problems in 2024 and beyond!
