What is currently a close-knit team of six will soon become seven. We’re now looking for a talented digital marketeer who wants to make a real impact. The B!G Idea is a multi-award-winning creative education programme. Our mission is simple: empower young people to change the world through creative thinking. We provide free access to all programme materials for students, schools, and teachers across Ireland. Through industry mentors and creative tools, we help young people build real-world skills to tackle global and local challenges.
As our Digital Marketeer, you will manage and deliver a high-quality digital experience across all channels. You will plan content, grow our audience, and help us reach more students, mentors, and partners. You will also support fundraising, mentor recruitment, and brand awareness. Most importantly, you will help grow The B!G Idea’s impact across Ireland and beyond. You’ll work with an experienced and creative team that supports innovation and new ideas.
